Being in the real estate business for over 30 years has more benefits than you can imagine. Every home sale has a certain number of players. First, (aside from the real estate agents) we need a buyer and a seller, an escrow company, a title company, if the property is financed, we will need a mortgage lender and an appraiser, and typically, a home inspector. Once the home inspection is done there may need to be other inspections. Some of these inspections will include an AC and Heating system inspection, plumbing inspection, wood destroying organism inspection, electrical inspection, roofing inspection and in some areas…Septic inspection and well inspection. So… what I’m getting at is… over the years we have worked with a lot of businesses affiliated with real estate and the selling of a home…. And we’ve taken the guesswork out of choosing a qualified, experienced, and seasoned professional to get the job done… so if you ever need one (or anything related to fixing, modernizing, maintaining OR SELLING your home)… we gotta guy (or gal) for that. In addition to the above professions mentioned, we often come across homes that need painting, landscaping, updating/renovating, photographs/videos, new flooring and or counter tops, pool cleaning, pest maintenance, surveyed… you get the idea. A while back I actually counted all the trades that did some work with and for us and it was more than 30. The housing industry employs a lot of the workforce. There is good reason that when the economy is strong, the housing market is strong as well*.
